This 1970s Lucas Morris home required a total overhaul.
- Malvern Renovation
The residence was totally remodelled, including the addition of an upper level. However, not all parts of the residence were altered. The existing roof tiles were retained for the new upper roof line.
The existing roof tiles matched with the Tuscan theme used for the interior and external detailing.
