The client brief for this prime parcel of land located in the heart of the Daylesford Township, was to create six to eight villas designed for weekend to week long holiday accommodation.
The villa's design was to reflect Daylesford's international reputation as a lifestyle destination for the discerning traveller. The client brief required each villa to accommodate different types of groupings of people which regularly visit Daylesford, ranging from couples to groups of couples and also families. Most importantly, each villa was required to have a sense of privacy from the other villas.
