Accent On Design was established in 1992, to meet the need for value added services expressed by clients in the building and development industry and private sector.

The Director, David Mulhall, has been actively involved in the building design industry for over 20 years. David is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Commission.
David is a Fellow and Past President of the Building Designers Association of Victoria (BDAV). David continues to represent the BDAV on various working groups which report to the Victorian Government's Planning Minister.
The office is centrally located in East Malvern, providing a well positioned base to service the Melbourne metropolitan, Mornington Peninsula and Surf Coast areas.
